Welcome! Nuestra Casa Es Su Casa ...Our house is your house

A glimpse into the life of Daniel and Jaynee Lockwood and their 12 precious blessings. Thank you for visiting; we pray that what we share here may always bring glory to our wonderful God and Saviour. May you praise the Lord with us for the great things He has done and continues to do as we serve Him sharing the gospel here in the little town of Cuidad Insurgentes, BCS Mexico. 3. Jaynee, you have absolutely no idea who I am. I'm a mom to two kiddos in Michigan and I have been reading your blog since I got asked to pray for Daniel during his illness. I don't say this about many people in the blogs I follow but I genuinely just love your family. I care about a lot of the families I read about and pray for, obviously, but your family has a special place in my heart. The work you all are doing in the world is SO good. Not only that but you are raising another generation to carry on your work. I look at your family and just envy so much the wonderful family you have. Your kids are so sweet to each other, know how to do so many things, they are a true joy to watch thrive and grow under yours and Daniel's loving care. I am so happy that God has blessed you in so many ways and it brings me true happiness to know that little Samuel is home. I will continue to watch you all work and grow and continue to pray each day for all of you.

    God's love and blessings:
    Amy

  17. Oh that is wonderful! I was just wondering if he got to come home earlier today. So happy that this hard journey is over in such a wonderful, joyous way. God's protection was clearly over all of you- esp. mama and baby! I would say I hope the transition to 12 goes as smoothly as possible, but I'm sure after a certain amount of children, adding another is a piece of cake! I'm not quite there yet with 4, almost 5. :) Congratulations!

  18. Wonderful!! Soooo happy for you all! What a miraculous answer to so many prayers on your behalf. God has been so good.

Now I hope you and baby can go to bed for a couple of days together - a little late, but I'm sure that you both could use some good healing/bonding time.

  53. So happy to hear that little Samuel is home now. I know that is such a relief for you and Daniel. I love the pictures of all the kids in the circle and the last one of all of you together.

I was also wondering what your thoughts are on the swine flu that is spreading so quickly in Mexico and maybe even worldwide? Will this effect you guys going back to Mexico? Everytime I hear about it on the news I think of your family so I thought I would just go ahead and ask you.

Once again congratulations on your baby's homecoming!!!

  54. Just curious, why your kids do not wear seatbelts and only see 2 car seats are in the van? I would think after that horrible accident your husband and brother in law were in, it would make you rethink car safety with your children.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Safe Mama,
All of our children do wear seatbelts and those under the age of 6 are in car seats as is required by CA state law.
Although you can only see 3 car seats in the picture, we have 6 all together.
When I took that picture, we were still all getting settled in the van.
Don't worry...we never pull out of anywhere until everyone is safely buckled up :)
    love,
    Jaynee

  57. I'm hoping you will be in CA a little bit longer 'cuz I've been planning to mail something to your contact address (in US).

I will do it RIGHT AWAY 'cuz I have a feeling you may be heading home to Mexico soon.

So happy Samuel is home. So enjoy reading about your amazing family and the work you do. Your faith and relationship with God is so inspiring to me.

God Bless and I hope I will 'reach' you in Shasta - if not, I know your family there will get it to you.
