Welcome! Nuestra Casa Es Su Casa ...Our house is your house

A glimpse into the life of Daniel and Jaynee Lockwood and their 12 precious blessings. Thank you for visiting; we pray that what we share here may always bring glory to our wonderful God and Saviour. May you praise the Lord with us for the great things He has done and continues to do as we serve Him sharing the gospel here in the little town of Cuidad Insurgentes, BCS Mexico. He alone is good and faithful!

Furlough Schedule

We finally have much of our furlough scheduled!  Our first appointment is in less than 3 months.  We have appointments scheduled from July 31 through November 6th right now and hoping to schedule more through November and the beginning of December.
We are so excited to first of all give a report and thank those churches/brothers in Christ whom have so faithfully supported us in the ministry here as well as seeing our family and friends.

We continue to pray that the Lord will give us wisdom in working out the details of our trip.
Brother Benito and his wife Monica are dear friends of ours whom we have known for about 20 years.  They are faithful workers in their church near Tijuana and will be coming down here the end of June to stay here and carry on the work in our absence.

We have two sections of our furlough planned so far.  The first one (end of July through mid August) covers our supporting churches in the south western part of the USA.  The next section (mid September through early November) covers the rest of the country ending in our home town, Redding, CA.
Brother Benito and his wife are available to serve in the ministry here through mid December.  We are still working on scheduling appointments for the end of Aug/early Sept. and for the months of November/early December.  We have supporting churches in California to whom we hope to be able to report/visit during that time.
We are  praying right now that the Lord would provide housing for our time in California.  We know that renting something for such a short time for a family of 14 is a bit unusual, but we trust knowing that the Lord will provide our every need.

We are very excited about meeting and spending time with some of you during our travels.  We've had several offer to open their homes for us to sleep for a night or two as we journey and we appreciate that so much!
We'll have blankets/pillows and some air mattresses with us and so a floor and a bathroom is all we need. :)
For those that have emailed/talked with us about visiting, we'll be getting back with you soon.

Below is a couple of maps with the two sections of our travels we've planned so far with the dates/churches listed as well.  We'll update throughout the coming weeks as our schedule further develops.
Our hearts are eager to share with others what the Lord has done and is doing here and to give our deepest appreciation and gratitude for the prayers and support given as we labor here for the Lord.

  7. So much fun to see where all you are headed. Our family of 12, ages 13-6 months, loves to road trip in every way. The children always enjoy being on the road and seeing new places. Your crew will do very well and these are times you will forever look back on with fondness. Content, happy, well behaved children make trips such as your's possible. It truly is a joy for a parent to cherish being in the presence of their children...in every way, whether at home or on the road!

We live in San Angelo, TX but hope to be able to make it to Irving the Sunday you will be there. It would be wonderful to meet all of you! Our family prays for you daily.
