  2. Dear Jayne, I've read ur blog for a long time and I've always been so blessed and encouraged by ur honesty and realness. My heart just aches terribly for both u and ur husband and I've been praying. I also trust that God will bring beauty out of ashes. He is an amazing God and I believe He will use ur testimony and ur surendered life for His glory. May God bless u richly as u stand by ur man and trust the power of God in his life.

  4. Wow! You settle fast ... must be all those helping hands :). What happened to your "detour" out this way? I thought Timothy and Nick had it all planned out ... Lord willing we will get to see you again ... even if we are on opposite sides of the U.S. You are continually on my heart, dear Friend. Praying for ALL of you as you adjust to your new home. Has Daniel found work? ~Hugs~

  6. As I was traveling on I-5 today from my corner of Northern California to the North Bay & back I thought of your family & prayed for your safety. And you were already home! I will continue to pray for a job & for God's provision. The kids all look happy. :) I am so glad.

  7. I don't know about you, but once my kitchen is in place, it feels like home. When I saw your dining table set up with that familiar table cloth, it made the house seem yours! Glad you are all moved in (I do not know how you always have such an immaculate house -- everything in it's place, pictures on the walls already, not a single box in sight!). Hope you are getting some rest and glad to see the kids found a place to fish (that's cool, and they look pretty pleased!). Prayers for your family continue to be sent from here.

  13. Glad to see you're home and settled in! It's funny how it's hard to adjust to your own culture after you've been gone so long. I feel like a tourist whenever we're home back in the States. Praying for y'all!!!

  15. You are amazing Jaynee. I know right now you are helping others that are going through the same thing you are. It is very selfless and brave for you to go public and continue to share your story. The Lord can even use a tragic thing like this to teach us all very important lessons. May The Lord continue to guide you, give you strength and courage.

  16. Thank you, Jaynee (and Daniel!), for this glimpse of your lives. Jaynee, you inspire me in sooo many ways. Even simple posts like this one is a definite encouragement for me in forgiveness, in gratefulness, and in throwing my heart into whatever God has for me even when I don't feel up to it emotionally! I love you even though I've never met you! I hope I can meet you someday.
