We wanted to share this with Grandma, but couldn't get it to email; I knew I could post it here and she could follow the link, so you all can listen too :) It's Elijah's 12th birthday today. Daddy is going to take him and Timothy rabbit hunting for a bit this morning. Hope you are all having a wondeful week in the Lord!
The Windows of Heaven
The windows of heaven are open.
The blessings are falling tonight.
There's joy, joy, joy in my heart
Since Jesus made everything right.
I gave Him my old tatered garment,
He gave me a robe of pure white.
I'm feasting on manna from heaven,
And that's why I'm happy tonight.
how precious and beautiful!! I bet grandma will LOVE this!
ReplyDeleteLockwood Children~ GREAT JOB!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure Grandma is tickled pink :-)
Thanks for sharing~ Cinnamon
Thank you, Grandchildren. It was beautiful. Happy Birthday,
ReplyDeleteElijah. We love all 12 of you.
I'm not sure if you know, but when I tried to watch the video it said "this video is currently not available. Please try again later."
ReplyDeleteI've watched your other videos, and am looking forward to this one! : )
Anna M.
We love you, Grandma and Grandpa!! :)
ReplyDeleteAnna, Hmmm...I hope you can see it too! I've got a few comments from people that have seen it...maybe try again? Let me know :)
I tried again --- on mine and on another computer, but it still came up with the same error. Oh well, don't worry about trying to fix it! : )
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Anna
Happy Birthday Elijah!!!!!! For your benefit:

7. All babies are color blind when they are born.
8. In Russia, it is a criminal offense to drive around in a dirty car (remember that, OK?).
9. Houseflies have a lifespan of 2 weeks.
10. The company that owns the copyright for the "Happy Birthday" song makes $1 million in royalties every year.
11. Antarctica is the only continent without frogs.
12. Rabbits are most active at dawn and dusk (hint, hint).
OK, that was 12. I'm done. :) How many of those did you already know?
Yea Mommee! You left a comment on our blog! :) I shall treasure it forever.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry, Anna. I don't know enough about anything to fix it! But I would if I could. I tried to email you the video but it says the files to big. If your computer savy brothers have any other ideas, I'll try. If not, we'll just come sing for you in person someday.
Christine...Elijah is going to LOVE you! Well, he'll love what you wrote. And he'll definately love you more than someone he doesn't know :) No dirty cars in Russia...He should get out a bucket and hose and start practicing now, huh? And someday, Nehemiah will have to go to Antartica just to prove that last one wrong. :)
beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed the song, it brings back some wonderful memories of when we used to sing that song in church. I haven't heard it in years.

I love it, Jaynee! They did a wonderful job and their harmony was great! I am so glad we all got to "listen in" on a song to Grandma. :)
ReplyDeleteJenny
So very precious and what a great job singing!
ReplyDeletegood job. I have never heard that song. Really liked it.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday from the Morris Family!! Have not forgotten about you all!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love it. So precious to hear children sing. I have a suggestion though. If you would start them with the piano and then let them sing without it their little voices would be better captured on tape. The piano is just a little over powering with your small group of singers.
ReplyDeleteGrandma won't mind though. Seeing those sweet, happy children will make her day - it certainly brightened ours.

Absolutely adorable !!!

Mom told me to check this out. It was REALLY good. Tell the kids I said so. I couldn't sing harmony at their ages...Great job Jaynee! Oh, and I thought about Elijah all day on his birthday which is so close to mine. I was working that day. Hope he had a good one.
