I went outside this morning to hang up a load of laundry to dry. I noticed that several of my clothes pins were laying on the grass. "Oh, those children know not to play with the clothes pins" I thought at first.

We got several emails today asking if we were alright as there was a pretty significant earthquake in the Gulf of California this morning. We didn't even feel it. Thank you for your prayers.

Friday, we had to go into town to pay our bills and get some groceries. Timothy and Elijah stayed at the church with Uncle Samuel to work on putting up a fence, so just the 10 younger ones went with us. :)
It took longer than usual to get everything done and it was well past lunch time, so Daddy treated everyone to something new....Manaray Tacos. They were really delicious!

How we enjoy each Sunday! Being in the ministry, they are LLLOOOONNNNGGG tiring days, but so wonderful! I'll leave you with a short clip of everyone singing last night. O Magnify the Lord with Me and Let Us Exalt His Name Together!!
Oh Jaynee - those clothes pins are adorable! And you've got a picture to save that memory :-)
ReplyDeleteHow is Samuel doing? I was praying for him tonight, as well as Daniel and Big Samuel going out to the Village to preach.
I love the singing~ Sounds just like our church, just in spanish
:-) hee hee
How are you feeling? Did you ever get rid of that cough you had when Samuel was sick?
You are in my prayers~ Cinnamon
What precious photos. I loooooooooooove the cloths pin story. So many times I have been frustrated by some naughty one only to discover that they were trying to be thoughtful and kind. What wonderful gifts the Lord gives in children.
ReplyDeleteI loved hearing your singing church. How beautiful twill be with every tongue, tribe and nation.

The clothes pins made me stop and pause and think. How precious!
ReplyDeleteLove the clip of your church service! ¡Que bendiciĆ³n!
Love the video and seeing that church so full of people. Quite a few men too. Praise God! My girls would LOVE to do laundry by foot. That looks like a lot of fun on a hot summer day. A little less fun in an Idaho winter. :) Thank you for sharing.
