But the Lord kept Samuel here. And how my heart overflows with love, thankfulness, and joy each day! Oh that his life and the lives of each of our children might be used to bring glory to the Saviour.
Timothy and I have our desks next to each other with Samuel's bouncy seat in between. We tend to get easily distracted from our work :)
He's just so smiley...all you have to do is look at him and he just grins.
So many handsome men in my life.... :)

Not much new around here...just a normal, calm week. The again, maybe that is new...we haven't seemed to have many of those this year. :)
While the older ones study...
so CUTE!!! The other day my two little ones were playing...2 year old wearing soccer cleats while 4 year old wore high heels:)....For some reason 2 year old got mad and bit 4 year old(don't worry he wasnt really hurst:)....suddenly 4 year old said to 2 year old....that's it...you're not my husband anymore!!!!!
ReplyDeleteNeedless to say I was laughing for a long time!:)
I'm so glad to see you are all doing well. Samuel is growing so much and the last picture is priceless!!
He is so CUTE! (Samuel, I mean). It was good to get a "normal post." ;) Made me miss you all more. ;) Oh yes, and congratulations to Susannah and Nehemiah, as well. I am hoping her fashion sense will improve a little by the time the REAL event occurs. ;) That picture cracked me up!

I am glad to know that I am not the only one that has children married. My 3 year old is married to her 2 year old brother several times a week and just this week married her 16 year old cousin.
ReplyDeleteI love Just Because posts :-)
I love seeing pictures of Samuel. I prayed for him often during those tough months of uncertainty.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear that you've had a normal week for a change!
ohhhhh, he's getting so big and handsome like his brothers!
ReplyDeleteHow is the clean up effort going there?
D~ The clean up is going well...little by little as everyone is able things are getting repaired. Daniel is over at some of our church widows homes today repairing roofs. :)
ReplyDeleteSamuel looks great! what a little blessing he is. I love his smile, and he definately looks like the rest. Glad to hear you are feeling better. Hope you enjoyed your normal day.

The pictures of your precious baby are so encouraging! What a joy to see him happy and healthy. I know many people prayed for that sweet boy...God is gracious!
ReplyDeleteSchool had kept me so busy that I have not peeked at blogs much. I have "missed" you, but prayed for you during your storm and aftermath.
Have a great day!
