Tropical Depression Olaf is upon us bringing much rain. The town is flooding and the rain is predicted to continue through tomorrow. Daniel and Brother Carlos just went out to help get people out of their houses and take them to the shelters. There are still many people who do not have their roofs repaired from the hurricane. Please pray for safety for our town, especially for our brothers and sisters in Christ here. Pray also for Joel and Deborah and their family as we believe they are within a few hours north of here traveling. Often during these storms portions of the highway become uncrossable. Pray for wisdom and safety for their family.
Pray also for Uncle Samuel (Daniel's brother who is here working with us). He's been sick with a fever and stomach pain for 3 days now. Thank you.
Psalm 27:5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.
Welcome! Nuestra Casa Es Su Casa ...Our house is your house
A glimpse into the life of Daniel and Jaynee Lockwood and their 12 precious blessings. Thank you for visiting; we pray that what we share here may always bring glory to our wonderful God and Saviour. May you praise the Lord with us for the great things He has done and continues to do as we serve Him sharing the gospel here in the little town of Cuidad Insurgentes, BCS Mexico. He alone is good and faithful!
will be praying Jaynee!!
ReplyDeleteWe will be praying the Lord will protect you and give you peace as I'm sure it is getting hard to wait for Joel and Deborah to arrive not knowing where or how they are doing. Also we will pray for Mr. Lockwood as he is out helping the towns people. May the Lord sustain and comfort you during this time.

"God is our refuge and strength a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, thought the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah." Psalms 46:1-3
Lord, I pray that you be with the Lockwood family today and with all of the brothers and sisters in the Lord who are dealing with flooding. I pray for safety for their family traveling and wisdom as they drive. May the Lockwoods continue to be a light in a dark place where they live. May the peace of Christ see you all through the storm.
