Daniel called Brother Macario who lives at our church building to see how he was fairing. He said the water was in the building and continuing to rise. Daniel forged his way over there with the camera and a bag of food for Brother Macario as there was no food at the church. Here's what Daniel found:

I have never commented here before, although I have read your blogs and have been amazed at what a wonderful family you have for a long time!
ReplyDeleteI am praying hard now that these awful floods do not bring water into your home.
I'm so sorry for the water in the church building and in so many homes of those you minister to. Maybe this is God's way of setting up a difficult situation which will help these people see their need for Him.
Keep up the great work you are doing!
I'm so sorry to hear about the flooding, but I'm relieved everyone is ok.
ReplyDeletePraying the waters subside quickly and the damage isn't too great.
What a mess! I pray that it dries up soon. We'll keep you in our prayers during hurricane season especially.
ReplyDeleteWe are in the mountains, and still experience the perils of hurricane season. Heavy rains bring dangerous mudslides that block highways, bring down power lines and even cover homes!
Let's pray for one another :o)
