Always in His Hands

Thanking the Lord for another new day! You have no idea how much the outpouring of love and prayers for me have meant! When I am stronger, I want to share more, but for now, I just want to say I love you and that I love our good and faithful Lord so much. Thanking Him for my husband's never ending care of me here, thanking Him for Hna. Tola caring for my children knowing they are in good hands, and thanking Him for another beautiful day.

I sort of look like a marshmallow...have retained a lot of fluids! :) Thought that would make you all smile :). Please continue to pray for no infection and no internal bleeding.

How close God holds us and how wonderful to just crawl into His lap and rest.

  40. I am so thankful for the good news! I prayed for you all day yesterday, truly believing that God was going to work a miracle and praise God we are seeing His miraculous touch in your life!

    I thought of this hymn this morning, when I was thinking about you.

    Why should I feel discouraged, why should the shadows come,
    Why should my heart be lonely, and long for heaven and home,
    When Jesus is my portion? My constant friend is He:
    His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me;
    His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me.

    Refrain

    I sing because I’m happy,
    I sing because I’m free,
    For His eye is on the sparrow,
    And I know He watches me.

    “Let not your heart be troubled,” His tender word I hear,
    And resting on His goodness, I lose my doubts and fears;
    Though by the path He leadeth, but one step I may see;
    His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me;
    His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me.

    Refrain

    Whenever I am tempted, whenever clouds arise,
    When songs give place to sighing, when hope within me dies,
    I draw the closer to Him, from care He sets me free;
    His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me;
    His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me.

    I will continue to hold you and your family up in prayer today.

    Love in Christ,
    Sue

  49. I am new to your blog via prayer request. Your family is beautiful and know that we as well as many others are in constant prayer.

    This is the promise we are claiming for you!!

    Blessed is he who considers the poor;
    The LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.
    The LORD will preserve him and keep him alive,
    And he will be blessed on the earth;
    You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies.
    The LORD will strengthen him on his bed of illness;
    You will sustain him on his sickbed.
    Psalm 41:1-3

  50. Praising God for this new update from you Jaynee and continuing to PRAY against any infection showing up, and further internal bleeding; asking that you can continue to have relief from pain, that you can stay crawled up in His lap & rest & heal; that your precious family will be well cared for by Hermana Tola; that your husband Daniel will get rest & continue to support you as he is there for you; that any
    marshmallow effect will diminish
    and you remain ALWAYS in HIS HANDS!

    May you find strength & an anointed healing; praying that your church surrounds you with the love of Jesus Christ & His glory shines!
