32 weeks 1 day! :) Yea! Last night, I woke up with a scare as we thought another hemorrhage had started. But it calmed down about as quickly as it came on for which I was surprised but very thankful! I thought to myself as I drifted back off to sleep, I thought that maybe someone somewhere was praying for us at that very time. It was so unusual for it to start and not continue and it reminded me of how much God is in control.
Baby is looking great still! He's going to be so handsome and sweet just like his Daddy. I can't wait to see him...I mean, I want to wait a little while longer :) Don't come to soon little guy.
I finished our question/answer post too, so if you are interested you can look at that in the post below. Have a blessed day in our wonderful God!

My name is Michell and I live in Texas. I have been looking at a friends blog which led me to Tammy Coates blog (a girl I went to Bible college with)and want to let you know that I am praying for you and your family during this difficult pregnancy. I have spent time looking through your blog and am touched by all the pictures and love for God that I see in your family. I am taken back to my childhood by seeing your husband in one picture getting ready to have devotions with your children. You are a truly blessed family and I want you to know that I pray for you all each and every day.
ReplyDeleteI just thought of something funny, watch this little guy be "late" wouldn't that be funny, well not funny, but you know what I mean :-)
ReplyDeleteGlad you're doing well. You look all situated and cozy in your bed and with all your cards all over.
We are praying nightly for you~ Cinnamon
I don't doubt for a minute that someone was praying for you at that exact moment in time! One night last week it might have been me, but I slept like a baby last night....must be someone else had the night shift last night!:) So happy it ended as abruptly as it started! That little dude just has some more growing and developing to do inside his Mommy! Thank you for being so diligent in updating, Jaynee!
ReplyDeleteJaynee, You do not know me, but Amy Vernlinech (sp) has made a cause on Facebook to cover you and your family in prayer. I joined the cause b/c I have been where you are...literally. Although I only had placenta previa, which became placent abruptia, which became a c-sec delivery...I have been in hospital awaiting...and waiting. Small son was born completely healthy and although he has some learning challenges and a few health issues sprinkled in, we wouldn't change anything. I (we) spent 3 weeks in hosptial after the bleeds got too bad. I was actually told most in my position only have 3. A warning, a problem and then either death for both of us or delivery. We lived MILES away from the nearest hospital in rural Northern Michigan...the doc even tried to get our ins. co. to pay for a hotel stay prior to the second bleed, which got me admitted as high risk (at almost 40...ya think?)I just wanted to encourage you, as one 'sister' to another who has been there. Small son is now almost 14, my height (5'10"), weighs 190 and is the joy of our life. Learning challenges aside, God provides. Although lack of oxygen has created certain challenges, his greatest love is reading, in spite of dyslexia and vowel blindness. I continue to pray.

i loved, loved, loved your comment on my blog.. even though brought tears to my eyes! I so hope that you will be comforted by our Lord right now like never before, and that you'll continue to soak up those moments with your loved ones during those precious visits. I wish I could come see you in the hospital. I'd bring you a pie (but probably eat most of it while I was there). and we could play cards. :)
ReplyDeletelove you dear friend!

I just wanted to let you know that I will be praying for you, your family, and your baby. :)
ReplyDeleteHi, another "you don't know me" comment. A friend linked me to your blog. Just last week I was diagnosed with complete placenta previa (4th child) & put on bed rest. I have enjoyed reading about your family & will keep you in my prayers over the next several weeks. You can read more about us at http://lifewiththesekids.blogspot.com

Dear Jaynee, I have been reading your blog for about a year now. During this time I have been praying for you allot. Your trust in the Lord and His faithfulness is really evident, and that is a testimony that carries power! May this be an encouragement for many others. Your family is awesome, I wish I could meet you. May God's rest and love be poured out on you in abundance. I just remember when my mom was in teh hospital for 3 weeks when I was 16. I had to look after my 6 year siblings because my 3 older siblings and dad worked. In that time we all felt God carrying us in His arms. My mom had such peace in the hospital, and God really used that time to have just with her! (She hadn't had alone time like that with God fir 22 years, since she started having us 10 kids!!). So, I just want to encourage you, even though it is hard to be away from your precious family, allow this to be a time to just grow your relationship with your Saviour, Jesus Christ! God bless you Richly!
